Every Tuesday morning or Wednesday evening, join D of Elephant Shoe Studio for an hour of soft, calming yoga class designed to gently increase flexibility and promote mindfulness. This beginner-friendly session focuses on slow, flowing movements, deep stretches, and conscious breathing while staying close to the floor. It's the perfect way to release tension, connect with your body, and set a peaceful tone for the rest of your day!

There will be some mats, blocks and towels available, you are encouraged to bring your own.
